HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY PET BEFORE COMING TO CLINIC?

  • All dogs must be in an appropriate carrier or on leash and be under the owner's control while in the waiting area or examination rooms.

  • All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier.

  • All other small animals must be in a proper transport carrier.

IS APPOINTMENT REQUIRED?

We accept both appointment and walk-in customers. Appointment can be made through this website or through our Facebook page.

 

Appointment-based customers will be treated as walk-in if they are late 8 minutes from the scheduled date.

WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT AVAILABLE?

  • We accept cash, credit card & debit card as mode of payment.

  • For out-patients, full payment must be made upon check out.

  • For surgical and hospitalization cases, 50% deposit is required from the total estimates with balance due at discharge.

DO YOU PERFORM COSMETIC SURGERY ON ANIMALS?

No, we do not perform cosmetic surgery such as tail docking or ear cropping at our clinic.

DO YOU TREAT EXOTIC ANIMALS?

Yes, we do accept exotic animals for treatment and check up

DO YOU PROVIDE HOUSE-CALL?

Yes, we do provide house call services. You may book an appointment by contacting our main line.

DO YOU HAVE MEDICAL BOARDING SERVICE?

Yes, we do have separate ward for cats and dogs. Apart from that, we also have isolation ward specifically for animals with contagious diseases.

DO YOU PERFORM EUTHANASIA?

Euthanasia only to be considered when the animal is suffering from a terminal illness that any medical or surgical intervention can no longer help.
